I love the way everything makes my hair feel from the time I shampooed I noticed that there was a different everything works very great especially the hydrating mist it leaves your hair hydrated and easy to manage and detangle. My girls love this we started using it two days after we received it which is been about a week now and I am in heaven. MY GIRLS DON’T CRY NO MORE! Please continue to do what you’re doing and making great products. I will not be using anything else from here on out the gel works wonders on my hair and I love how the shampoo lathers and the conditioner conditions and that mud mask is better than any protein treatment that I have ever used in mine and my girls hair! I love the new packaging and all that comes with it. It only took a week to receive it. I started using Mink hair care since August 2020 and I started with just the braid gel as well as the hair butter and hydrating mist. I fell in love with it. Placed my second order in November for the kit and started using it on my 3yr old daughter. I absolutely love how it smells and love how well it lathers your hair. I've used other shampoo and always with the first initial wash I never really got a good lather. Once I started using the Mink shampoo, I seriously was in shock to see that you literally only need just one small pump of the shampoo and it goes a long way. I followed the steps on the card that she included in the box to tell how to use the mudd mask and coated my baby hair well. She has 3a/3b type hair and her hair was so easy to comb out. Since using it, I can honestly say I have not touched another brand for her hair since. Her hair was braided and kept (after keeping it moisturized with the hair butter and hydrating mist) in the same style for 4 wks as of tomorrow and still looks good like day one! My baby hair was always dry before and I found it so hard to keep it moisturized but seriously, the hydrating mist and hair butter helped me with her hair a lot.

I absolutely love these products. I started out with just the hair butter and it has been the only butter that keeps my daughter's hair moisturized. In the picture that is day three from when I first put the butter in her hair and as you can see her scalp is still shiny and moisturized. The only products I use in her hair are mink little now. Recieved my combo package 3/13. Upon opening it all items was there in addition of a shower cap and comb which is great, the only issue was the shampoo bottle wasnt full a quarter was missing but the rest of the items was full. When I tell you my hair havent felt softer omg my curls was popping. same results in my 4 year old and 1year old sons hair so soft and silky with a shine, this product is amazing. My daughter is 4 years old turning 5 in July '17 she has was being teased about her hair by other kids and it was very heartbreaking to see my child crying and self aware about the length of her hair. Very good product. Customer service is not that good. Placed an order that took a long time which was unusual since I had ordered before. I was lied to about the status of my order and also about the delay. Tried to communicate via email which I got no response until a week later. Very good product but apprehensive about ordering again. I was sent a mini kit for appreciation but that was even a month after I was told it would be sent out. Better service would be a plus
